A page can not post to your account by itself.  If you are seeing posts from a page in your news feed, it is one of two reasons:

1) YOU  chose to like the page, putting them in your feed.

2) Somebody on your friends list either liked, commented on, or shared a post from the page.

ADJUSTING THE SETTINGS:

1) If you don't want to see their posts, you need to unlike the page yourself.

2)You need to adjust your settings according your friends account.

3.)Don't blame a page that is beyond their control, but is in your control.
